The warranty is written down before you pay
How long it lasts, what it covers, how often we inspect, and whether renewals cost anything. It's all on your quote before you agree to anything.

We check before we drill, or we don't drill at all
We trace water pipes and wiring before any drilling. Small holes are patched afterwards. For finished homes, baiting needs no drilling at all.
"Is it safe for my kids and the cat?"
You'll know exactly what goes into your home
We only use products approved by the Pesticides Board. We name each product and its active ingredient on your quote, and tell you how long to keep children and pets out of treated areas.

Questions
Before you call.
How do I know if it's termites?
Look for pencil-thick mud tubes on walls or floors, timber that sounds hollow when you tap it, doors or skirting boards that crumble, and small discarded wings near windows after rain. If you're not sure, WhatsApp us a photo and we'll tell you.
Baiting or soil treatment: which is better?
It depends on your house. Baiting needs no drilling and kills the whole colony, but it takes a few weeks. Soil treatment creates a chemical barrier straight away but needs small holes drilled along the floor. Many homes do best with a mix of both. See the full comparison.
Do I need to move out during treatment?
Usually not. For baiting you can stay home throughout. For soil treatment and spraying, keep children and pets out of the treated area until it's dry. Your technician will tell you how long that is for the product used.
What happens if the termites come back?
If termites return during your warranty period, we come back and treat them again. Your quote spells out exactly what the warranty covers and for how long.
