Termites (anai-anai, 白蚁) are the most expensive pest a Malaysian homeowner can have. We've specialised in them for over two decades.
Know the signs
By the time you see damage, they've been there for a while.
Subterranean termites, the main type in Johor, live underground and travel inside mud tunnels. They eat timber from the inside out and leave only a thin outer layer, so the damage stays hidden until something gives way.

Step one: inspection
A proper look, written down.
The technician checks the inside and outside of your property. That includes kitchen cabinets, wet areas, door frames, staircases, the roof space where it's accessible, the garden, and any wood touching the soil.
You get a report with photos of every sign we find and a recommended plan. If there are no termites, the report will say so. We won't sell you a treatment you don't need.

Many homes do best with a combination: baiting to get rid of the colony, plus soil treatment at the points where termites get in. Your inspection report explains our recommendation.
Building or renovating
The cheapest time to stop termites is before the floor goes down.
Once the tiles, cabinets and built-ins are in, getting to the soil underneath means drilling. Treating the ground first is simpler, cleaner and costs less than fixing termite damage later.
