Cockroaches
Gel baits in cracks, hinges and appliance gaps, plus targeted residual treatment of drains. A spray only kills the cockroaches it touches. Bait reaches the hidden ones and the next generation.

Rats & mice
We find the entry points, set traps and lockable bait stations, and tell you which gaps to seal. Bait stays inside locked stations that children and pets can't open.
Ants
Spraying the trail scatters the colony. Slow-acting bait gets carried back to the nest, which is how you actually get rid of them.
Mosquitoes
Fogging and misting kill the adult mosquitoes, and larvicide treatment of standing water stops the next batch. We also show you the breeding spots around your house. It matters with dengue around.
Houseflies
Flies come from rubbish, drains and food waste. We treat the breeding sites and fit fly control where you need it.
Disinfection & sanitising
Misting disinfection for homes, offices, shops and vehicles, after an illness or a move, or on a regular schedule.
Condos & apartments
Living in a high-rise? Pests come through the pipes.
In condos, cockroaches and ants move between units through shared drains, risers and rubbish chutes. Treating one unit helps. Treating the building's common areas fixes the cause.
We treat individual units, and we also run common-area programmes for management offices and JMBs, with service reports for the committee.

We only use products approved by the Pesticides Board (Lembaga Racun Makhluk Perosak). Ask us and we'll tell you the product name and active ingredient.

Termites (anai-anai)
Social, wood-eating insects. The species that damage homes in Malaysia are mainly subterranean termites. They nest in the soil and reach timber through mud tubes, and can pass through a crack in concrete less than 1mm wide. They eat wood from the inside, so damage often goes unnoticed until a door frame or cabinet gives way.

Cockroaches
They eat almost anything and thrive in warm, damp places: drains, sewers, behind appliances, inside cabinets. Only a small share of cockroach species are pests, but those few spread bacteria on food surfaces and can trigger asthma.

Rats & mice
They spread disease (including leptospirosis), contaminate food and chew through wiring. Cutting off food, water and shelter is half the job.

Mosquitoes
Aedes mosquitoes spread dengue and breed in tiny amounts of clean, standing water: flower pot trays, roof gutters, discarded containers. They bite during the day.

Ants
Ants live in colonies, and spraying the trail usually just splits them into more nests. Effective control targets the whole colony.
